From the idea to the serial product, the task of manufacturing innovative products is the challenge that we are happy to set ourselves. Constantly taking economic considerations into account, this takes place on the basis of function, use of material, manufacturing processes and quality requirements. At the same time, some developments with the implementation of patents underline the claim we make.

 

I M P L E M E N T A T I O N

Together with selected partners, KN develops and realises the the standards required by our customers. On a routine basis, we implement their requirements – from the idea through to readiness for serial production and/or directly to serial production. Within a current series, KN always places value on securing continuous production in terms of costs, function, quality and logistics. 

 

S U S T A I N A B I L I T Y

At KN, we are able to fall back on years of experience in fields associated with metal technologies, especially in the development and/or optimisation of aluminium alloys for use in automotive applications, feasibility studies and the realisation of serial products in the field of mechanical processing. We are able to conform this with a host of successfully implemented projects for our customers, especially in the field of technical climate control systems/automobiles.
